Le syndrome de Costello, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de syndrome facio-cutan\u00e9o-squelettique, est une maladie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique rare qui se manifeste d\u00e8s les premiers mois de la vie.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une maladie complexe n\u00e9cessitant une prise en charge multidisciplinaire. Bien que rare, il est important de sensibiliser \u00e0 cette condition pour am\u00e9liorer le diagnostic pr\u00e9coce et la prise en charge des patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le syndrome Cardio-Facio-Cutan\u00e9 (CFC) est une maladie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique rare qui se caract\u00e9rise par une combinaison de malformations cong\u00e9nitales touchant le c\u0153ur, le visage et la peau.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il fait partie des RASopathies, un groupe de syndromes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques caus\u00e9s par des mutations affectant la voie de signalisation RAS\/MAPK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
